❐ During the inspection and training visit of our South African customer, the weather was extremely hot. The strong sun made the working environment very challenging.
❐ However, every member of the Supro Trailer team stayed by the customer’s side the whole time. No one stepped away. No one complained. We supported the customer together—explaining the equipment step by step, assisting with every operation, and making sure every detail was clearly understood.
❐ The customer was trained on several complex systems, including extendable trailers, hydraulic modular axle lines, hydraulic ramp systems, and the detachable-head extendable drop deck bed. These are highly technical transport solutions, but our team remained patient throughout the entire process. We explained everything clearly—from connection methods, hydraulic controls, and safety checks, to real on-site operation—until the customer was able to understand and operate the basic functions independently.
❐ During the training, the customer also took part in the hands-on commissioning of our STN-V3 hydraulic modular trailer, gaining real operational experience under actual working conditions. We also demonstrated different modular configurations, including the detachable-head drop deck bed, which greatly improves flexibility for heavy machinery and oversized cargo transport.
❐ Although the weather was very hot, the atmosphere remained focused and professional. The customer kept asking questions, and we kept answering. The customer kept trying, and we kept supporting. There was no rush, no pressure—only patience and clear communication at every step.
