Supro 140-Ton Drop Deck Bed: Flexible 8-Meter and 13-Meter Deck Options
❐ Fixed-length decks cannot always meet the transport needs of heavy cargo with different lengths. Supro customized this connected drop deck bed with a detachable head and modular deck sections, allowing one set of equipment to handle more transport projects.
❐ The drop deck bed is equipped with a detachable head, allowing heavy machinery and other large cargo to be loaded from the front. This removes the need for rear loading ramps and provides more space for loading operations.
❐ The deck consists of three connected sections: 4 meters, 5 meters, and 4 meters. The two 4-meter sections can be connected to form an 8-meter transport deck. When all three sections are connected, they form a 13-meter transport deck.
❐ With two available deck lengths, one drop deck bed can adapt to cargo of different sizes and help customers handle more heavy transport jobs.
❐ The drop deck bed has a loading capacity of 140 tons and can be matched with German-made Goldhofer THP/SL hydraulic modular trailers. This provides an additional transport solution for customers who already operate THP/SL modular trailers.
❐ Before shipment, Supro carried out a static load test on the complete drop deck bed. The actual loading test checked the deck structure, connection points, and main load-bearing parts. Shipment was arranged only after the equipment met the delivery requirements.
