With its modular deck design, one set of equipment can form different deck lengths and provide a more flexible solution for construction machinery transport.
Detachable Head for Front Loading
❐ The drop deck bed is equipped with a detachable head. After the head is removed, excavators, crawler cranes, and other heavy construction machinery can drive directly onto the deck from the front.
❐ This loading method removes the need for traditional rear ramps. It also reduces the loading angle and lowers the risks caused by changes in the machine’s center of gravity, making the loading and unloading process easier and more stable.
Three 5-Meter Sections for 10-Meter or 15-Meter Decks
❐ The drop deck bed consists of three 5-meter load-bearing sections, which can be connected according to the length of the construction machinery.
❐ Two 5-meter sections can be connected to form a 10-meter transport deck. When all three sections are connected, they form a 15-meter transport deck.
❐ With these flexible deck combinations, one drop deck bed can carry construction machinery of different lengths. This improves equipment use and helps customers handle more types of heavy transport projects.
200-Ton Loading Capacity and Goldhofer THP/SL Compatibility
❐ The connected drop deck bed has a rated loading capacity of 200 and is suitable for transporting large construction machinery and other heavy equipment.
❐ It can also be matched with German-made Goldhofer THP/SL hydraulic modular trailers. Customers who already own THP/SL axle lines can add a low-deck transport solution for construction machinery without buying a complete new modular trailer system.
Static Load Test Before Shipment
❐ Before shipment, Supro carried out a static load test on the complete connected drop deck bed.
❐ The actual loading test checked the main deck structure, modular connection points, and major load-bearing parts. It verified the structural strength and stability of the equipment under heavy loads. Shipment was arranged only after the equipment met the delivery requirements.
